1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AngaBrief you agree to these terms. If you are using AngaBrief on behalf of a flight school, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Not a dispatch authority

AngaBrief is a training and decision-support tool. It is not a dispatch authority. The risk score is an aid to pilot judgement only. Final go/no-go authority rests with the Pilot in Command and the assigned Flight Instructor in accordance with KCAA regulations.

3. Permitted use

AngaBrief is licensed exclusively to KCAA-approved flight training organisations operating within Kenya. Each school account covers one organisation. Sharing credentials between schools is not permitted.

4. Data and audit logs

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into assessments. Audit log entries are permanent and cannot be altered or deleted, including by AngaBrief administrators, in compliance with KCAA record-keeping requirements.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AngaBrief must not be used as the sole tool for flight authorisation; manual backup procedures must be maintained by each school.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, AngaBrief is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on risk scores, assessment results, or any service interruption.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
